I’m a senior product manager, and most of that work has been 0→1: taking a problem someone describes in a meeting and turning it into something people actually use — then staying with it long enough to find out whether it worked.

Lately that’s meant govtech and B2B products delivered by small cross-functional pods. A statewide tourism service that grew from a registration bot into the state’s official conversational AI assistant — ~60,000 registered users and ~70,000 WhatsApp conversations. A health-insurance sales academy that cut time-to-certification from 18 weeks to 14. A national student-life platform launched 32 days into lockdown and adopted by 75% of the student body in its first year.

I work AI-native, building alongside coding agents through discovery, prototyping, and delivery. In practice that means a stakeholder sees a working prototype in the time a spec would take to circulate — and that the AI I ship is product, not demo: retrieval, document extraction, image generation, text-to-SQL, with evals and human review behind them.

Before software I was a licensed architect, leading corporate projects for Heineken and Cemex from concept through delivery. That’s where I learned to hold a design intent across dozens of engineers and budget owners, and where I first learned the lesson I keep relearning: the best plan is the one the people on site actually follow. The task hasn’t changed — only the tooling, and how far the result can reach.
